Ordering Contribute

You can easily order Adobe Contribute CS3 by clicking any of the Order Now links on this page. You will be taken to the Adobe website. If you have not visited the site before, you will be asked to select a store - click United States & Canada.

You will be taken to the order page. You should select the Full version of Contribute, for $169.00. You are not required to purchase Creative Suite® 3 Web Standard or order the product in bulk.

Product Summary

Contribute is a content editor for static web pages - pages that are NOT driven by your rental, sales, or any other database. Its main purpose is to allow you to update content on your site - images, photos, text, etc. We suggest that all clients review and practice the tutorial and become familiar with the application before attempting to edit their live site.

Purchasing the Product

Contribute is an easy to use content editing application, that you purchase from Macromedia and install on your computer not unlike Word, Paint Shop Pro, or other applications. You must purchase the application, download the installer and double click the installer to install the application.

Once the application is installed on your computer, you can launch it, and begin to peruse the application and learn how to use it with the tutorial.

The most recently released version, is Contribute CS3, and it costs $169 per license. You are responsible for purchasing, installing, and learning to use the application on an appropriate computer at your place of business.

Your IP Information

Please verify your IP address from the location where you will be installing Contribute (your home office, your corporate office, etc), by clicking the link below:

Visit the website link above, copy the information you see on the screen, and email the information to support@vdsys.com. You must report your IP information for each computer you plan on using to edit your site ...

Please also include whether your IP address is Static or Dynamic. You can ask your local IT person or contact your Internet Service Provider to find out this information.

Product Support

One hour of training on how to use Contribute to update your website is included with the install price. Additional training, consultation, phone calls, etc, is billable at our standard rates by the hour.

For PRODUCT-related support (installation problems, download problems, etc), you will need to contact Adobe for assistance. Adobe provides a support area where you can search their knowledge base:
