Contribute Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
QUESTION: I have a new person at my office, who needs access to our website
via Contribute. How do I go about setting them up to access the site?
ANSWER:
First, you will need to purchase a copy of Contribute for the new user, register the copy and install it on their computer.
Once the user has their own copy of Contribue, send an email to
support@vdsys.com, requesting a new keycode be generated for the new user.
Be sure to send the user's name, email address and the computer's IP
information.
We will generate a keycode and password for your new user. NEVER forward
your keycode or password to a new user via email.
