Free support is available through the Macromedia Contribute Users Forum. The forum is for Users of all levels, and is unofficially monitored by Macromedia.

Alternatively, you can schedule additional training with your Visual Data Systems consultant - training is billed at normal hourly rates. Contact your sales person or project manager for additional information.

CONFIGURING YOUR APPLICATION

Upon registering Contribute, you have 90 days of free technical support through Macromedia. Call their support help line directly for any problems with installation, hardware/software conflicts, etc.
