J Biggins, Online Marketing Consultant, Visual Data SystemsJennene Biggins, Online Marketing Consultant, brings a myriad of experience and education to her position with Visual Data Systems. Jennene is a graduate of the Howard University School of Business.

She has over thirteen years of experience in the hospitality industry and has experience in revenue management, sales & marketing as well as over four years of experience in installation, training and technical support of hotel related software. Before joining Visual Data systems, for over seven years, Jennene worked on internet strategy and marketing for a collection of small businesses and successfully helped them reach their online marketing goals.

Jennene received her Email Marketing Certification from MarketingExperiments/MECLABS in March 2009 and provides online marketing initiatives to help optimize sites and keep traffic/conversion figures growing.



Kristin GrueKristin Grue, Research, Development, and Measurement Manager, started her computer career at age 8 with a summer school class in FORTRAN and the eventual development of a mini-maze game.  A Computer Science BA from Smith College with a Minor in Engineering obtained through a year of study at Dartmouth sealed her fate. 

With an interest in rapid application development and a fascination with maximizing the human-computer connection, it is no surprise she ended up on the Internet.  At Visual Data Systems, Kristin uses her ability to take a product from concept into deployment on a daily basis with such brands as OptIn Advantage, Encore Managed Email Marketing, AdTracker, Survey Scout, and most recently, Smart Capture. 

Kristin is well regarded for her problem solving capabilities, her ability to immerse herself in industry Best Practices, and the creativity she brings to the products and tools of the RDM Division.



Kelly Hurley, COO and Executive Vice President Kelly Hurley, COO and Executive Vice President of Visual Data Systems, leads the SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Consulting and Production Divisions. She is a 15 year technology professional with over 20 years of direct marketing and online marketing experience. Prior to Visual Data Systems, Kelly owned her own business and worked with the World Nike Games, Tom Landry Jr., the White House Historical Society and the YMCA’s ofAmericain an online marketing capacity before selling her business in 2001 to join the Visual Data Systems team.Kelly is a certified Email Marketer and a member of Marketing Sherpa and the DMA.



rebecca lundregan - online marketing services manager - visual data systemsRebecca Lundregan, Director of Online Marketing Services for Visual Data Systems, is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing. She has spent the last 5 years working in the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Field and specializes in social media marketing strategies, online reputation management, SEO best practices, pay-per-click advertising and email marketing. 
 
Rebecca has conducted regional and national training seminars on link building, content development, Web 2.0 and other SEO strategies for the vacation rental industry. During her time with Visual Data Systems, Rebecca has successfully increased the marketing ROI for numerous clients in ultra-competitive markets such as travel, real estate, ecommerce and the non-profit arena.
 
Rebecca currently manages and continues to develop the SEO process and programs at Visual Data Systems. Her team consults with and monitors the SEO efforts over 100 clients on a monthly basis in order to stay ahead in an ever changing and more competitive marketplace.



Mark Randle, Senior Online Marketing Consultant for Visual Data Systems, is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Communications and Marketing. In addition to his time with Visual Data Systems, Mark has also worked for Marriott International and MTV.

 As a Senior Online Marketing Consultant, Mark has worked with clients both large and small throughout the United States helping them meet their online marketing needs with outstanding results. He has helped develop successful blogs and video pages for clients and in addition has created and implemented marketing campaigns that have increased the return on investment for his clients.

Mark is especially interested in early-stage startups as well as established companies looking to increase their reach, frequency, online market share, and conversions. His approach fuses many traditional marketing strategies with an extensive knowledge of Search Engine marketing, Web 2.0 and Managed E-mail Marketing Services.



Henry Sery, Online Marketing Consultant, is a graduate of Towson University. Henry graduated with a degree in Business Administration for the Towson University College of Business and Economics. Henry has always been a self starter in his business career which includes owning his own marketing company while still in college.

Since joining the Visual Data Systems team, Henry has become a favorite of the clients he consults with and is well versed in search engine optimization; social media marketing; online marketing best practices; pay-per-click advertising; email marketing campaigns and reputation management.
