of their website while also adding both the rentals and sales databases
and Email A Friend. NEW CLIENT! Rental Plus - Adding rentals and sales databases,
availability and booking, OwnerNet™, Advanced Specials Management,
Email a Friend, and our Image Manager. Availability and Booking and OwnerNet™
integrate with AMS/RMS - a first for Visual Data Systems with this property
management system! Coming soon for Rental Plus-Smart Maps! NEW CLIENT! Teach's Lair Marina - Adding a new website design
and an online fishing report database. NEW CLIENT! Village Realty - Added both rentals and sales databases, availability and booking with restrictions, OwnerNet™, Advanced Specials Management, Email a Friend, and the Image Manager. Atkinson Realty - Adding Availability and Booking to their website.

Beach Realty also took the opportunity to add Shop and Compare, Email

Beach Realty - Spiced up their website with a new design. In addition,
they had a customized version of IDX (the local MLS database) added to
their website. BD&A Homes - Added an "under construction" area so owners can see photos of their homes as they are being built. www.bdahomes.com Coastal Vacation Resorts, Inc. - Updated their website with a
new design and look. Cooke Realty - Upgraded their website with the addition of Smart Maps. CENTURY 21 Thomas - Added Real Time Availability and Booking which
integrates with their AS400 system - a first for Visual Data Systems with
this type of system! CENTURY 21 Topsail - Updated their website with a new design. Also took advantage of adding the Concierge database to their website. www.century21topsail.com Carl M. Freeman & Associates - Decided to use Smart Maps to feature properties that are for sale in their new golf course community-The Village at Bear Trap Dunes. for Railey Mtn. Lake Vacations. Sandbridge Realty - Upgraded their online maps to Smart Maps. www.sandbridge.com Sunset Rentals - Decided to refresh their look and feel by taking
advantage of a new website redesign. Surfside Realty Co., Inc. - As part of a redesign project, they took advantage of adding Email a Friend, Advanced Specials Management, the Concierge database and the Current Events database. www.surfsiderealty.com The Redwoods of Yosemite - Upgraded their online maps to Smart Maps. www.redwoodsinyosemite.com Premium Promotion Program: Close to 1/3 of our clients (that's THIRTY clients) have now signed up for this great product in our online marketing suite, the Xtensus Marketing Suite. Clients are seeing outstanding results! Opt In Advantage: FOUR new clients have signed up for Opt In Advantage, the newest product offering in our online marketing suite, the Xtensus Marketing Suite. Opt In Advantage will assist our clients in sending targeted emails to customers who have signed onto mailing lists. Smart Maps: SIX new clients have signed up to further market their properties online by adding Smart Maps. Clients who already have this feature have been busy updating their current maps and are very happy with the results. New Clients using Monthly Services:
