Dashboard

The top section of the main Smart Capture dashboard contains important information and easy to read/understand charts depicting details on the ‘quality’ and ‘mailability’ of the email addresses in your contact list. A ‘Capture Rate’ chart shows how many member email addresses were captured from each capture source. 

 

The bottom section of the main Smart Capture administration dashboard shows the questions and answers asked to members who have submitted email address information. The number of answers is clickable and takes the user to the member list associated with that segment:

Member List/Segmentation

The Member List page shows what the conditions/answers are on the list (the Segment) and allows viewing and exporting of the list.  The ‘Download This List’ link opens a Save popup for exporting the list as a .csv file to the user’s Computer.

Smart Capture Form Changes

Processing of website forms has been revamped to be faster, more accurate, and follows the latest best practices in terms of removing duplicates, optin management, and privacy.

The confirmation email uses the Client Encore Template (if the client is an Encore Managed Email participant) and can be customized per form (ex: a different confirmation can be sent for your general rental form vs. you real estate form).

 

The submission notification sent to the client is in a much more readable format (HTML)
